THE gifts of joy, community and goodwill were served up at Thursday's annual Footscray Christmas lunch to 250 residents who access support services.
Organised by Maribyrnong Council and the Western Region Health Centre, the lunch is another way in which agencies can support their clients.
More than 70 people volunteered their time, money and resources to prepare and serve the lunch at Footscray Baptist Church. Diners also received hampers to take home.
