Alarm over absent Janet Rogers

POLICE are searching for an Avondale Heights woman with connections to Footscray who has been missing for two weeks.

Leading Senior Constable Peter Ryan, of Avondale Heights police, said the family of Janet Rogers was concerned for her welfare.

Ms Rogers left her Hanley Street home on the morning of October 14 in an upset state.

She is described as 168cm tall, more than 50kilograms, with dyed brown/maroon hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing black tracksuit pants with a white stripe down the side and a white hooded jacket with gold embossing.
